Stephanie Benson-Gonzales directs the Parent and Family Program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, connecting families of its 29,000 undergraduate students to the University. The mission of the Parent and Family Program is rooted in supporting student success and currently serves over 60,000 members.
The University of Wisconsin-Madison is a founding member institution of the Association of Higher Education Parent and Family Program Professionals (AHEPPP). Stephanie has presented nationally at AHEPPP on engaging special populations and using social media to achieve program outcomes.
Previously, Stephanie worked in marketing at the Center for Healthy Minds, a research center at UW-Madison focused on cultivating well-being and relieving suffering through a scientific understanding of the mind. She also taught as a Native Speaking English Teacher for the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education in Seoul, South Korea.
