Dr. Bobbi Wegner is a MA and NY licensed clinical psychologist at Boston Behavioral Medicine and a national consultant with expertise in parenting, health psychology and behavioral medicine, and is a self-proclaimed decent cook. She is also a Teaching Fellow at Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Dr. Wegner’s main areas of focus include mindfulness-based stress management, pregnancy/parenting adjustment, and bringing pleasure back to parenthood. Aside from her clinical training, much of her real-life experience comes from raising and cooking for three loving and rambunctious children of her own where she gets plenty of opportunity to practice what she preaches.

Dr. Wegner received her doctorate from William James College and her undergraduate degree from Trinity College in Hartford, CT. She completed an APA-Internship at Mount Sinai School of Medicine (in Rehabilitation Medicine and Neuropsychology) in New York City, followed by a post-doctoral fellowship at Boston Behavioral Medicine in Brookline, MA, where she has worked as a staff member and supervisor since 2008.

Dr. Wegner has a regular column in The Milton Times called "Raising & Roasting: The Psychology & Food of Modern Day Parenthood" and a podcast under the same name where she interviews parents about the successes and challenges of everyday parenting, including what they cook for family dinner. A book (Raising & Roasting: The Psychology of Bringing Pleasure Back to Parenthood while Preparing Sturdy Kids and Family Dinner) is in progress.
