Cheryl Cran is a future of work expert, founder of and the author of seven books related to the future of leadership. Her extensive research into generations and their impact on the future of work has helped many educators and parents rethink what their kids might be doing for work in the future.

Her most recent book, NextMapping - Anticipate, Navigate and Create The Future of Work focuses on the impact of technology, the Millenials and Gen Z on the future of work. Her book on change leadership, The Art of Change Leadership Driving Transformation In a Fast Paced World provided strategies and ideas for Zoomers (Baby Boomers) and Gen X to build more flexibility and agility to lead the future workplace. Her generations book titled, 101 Ways to Make Generations X, Y and Zoomers Happy at Work was considered a cutting edge look at the generational impact on the workplace.

Cheryl believes that our future depends on the upcoming generations and her research provides insights for parents and teachers to include in their approach to preparing children for the future of work.

She has been a guest speaker for many educational groups including CalState, Kansas Education Conference, University Virginia Wise, Duke University Singapore, University British Columbia, Simon Fraser University and more.
