Chantelle Nobile Hart, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor in the Department of Social & Behavioral Sciences and Center for Obesity Research and Education at Temple University.

She is a clinical psychologist whose research focuses on the development of novel treatment approaches for prevention and treatment of pediatric obesity. Her research includes a focus on the role of sleep duration in establishing obesity risk as well as how enhancing sleep in children can decrease risk of obesity and potential comorbidities such as type 2 diabetes mellitus. Dr. Hart’s research is funded by the the National Institutes of Health and the America Diabetes Association.
